Zeltzer is a loud, flavor-first cultivar from Umami Seed Co., bred by crossing Cherry Lime Soda x Zoda to deliver exactly what the brand is known for — bold, soda-inspired terpenes with depth, weight, and serious bag appeal. The profile drinks like cherry limeade poured over creamy gelato, layered with tangy citrus zest and a smooth, dessert-like finish. As flowers mature, those bright fruit notes deepen into grape fizz and cherry gasoline, creating a terpene expression that’s playful, punchy, and unmistakably Umami.
