Mendo Breath is a classic strain from Mendocino county that we love for its earlier finishing time, and its compact size that requires far less trellising. We took a stable high testing Mendo Breath selection and crossed it with a very aromatic and frostly selection of Apples and Bananas.
The resulting cross packs a sweet and fruity taste that’s filled with delicious sugary bananas and sharply sour apples, with a touch of vanilla and black pepper to it, too. The aroma takes a spicier turn, with sharp undertones of savory diesel and sweet chemicals added in.
Photoperiod strains rely on seasonal daylight changes, so harvest timing is closely tied to your local climate.
Photoperiod strains give indoor growers more control over size, shape, and when flowering begins.
