Genetic Heritage: Orange Diesel V3.0 (Lady Sativa Genetics) x S.O.D.K (Sour Orange Diesel Kush)

Orange Diesel Auto is a straightforward strain to grow but one which creates something of a stink in the last weeks of flowering making odour control a must have. It begins life as a squat plant with indica characteristics, it is 60% indica, but once flowering begins it triples in size with a sativa-style stretch. Initially the plant has a distinct citrus scent but the diesel tones pile on as it matures.

Good for cultivation in all environments, it grows to between 60 - 90 cm. tall and has a life cycle of 70 - 80 days yielding 75 - 100 r. per plant.

Buds are solid and crystally with a strong diesel perfume finishing with a citrus twist and an earthiness on the exhale. The effect is happy and uplifting evolving into a dreamy state of perfect relaxation.

Orange Diesel Auto Feminised Seeds

Ok, I bought this strain in auto to save time and space. But much like the developers summary it started slow. At four weeks I removed all fan leaves except the top four. At week five it showed signs of flowering and stretched three times. The side branches developed modified fan leaves. Once in full flower I removed the bottom eight branches. It is at three months now and I'll harvest in 2-3 weeks. It's heavily bud it, and probably would be more without the pruning. I know pruning is advised against but I figured if it took 80 days to mature, I had 40 days during veg to prune. I'm satisfied by the growth, and can't wait to weigh and taste!
