Description
Heirloom Sativa strain. A strain named in honour of an amazing Cannabis advocate, researcher and author, Dr Lester Grinspoon. This is a pure heirloom Sativa which grows tall and thin. This plant requires a longer flowering time, but when mature the colas resemble compact green and reddish brown beads. These loosely hang on thin stems and are dusted with THC crystals. The buds give a lemon and sumac scent, produce a light smoke with tangy tropical fruit aromas. Dr. Grinspoon offers an old school Sativa of the highest order, which gives a strong, long lasting, energetic and cerebral high.

The phenotype was surprisingly Normal looking. Good yields and Not the typical tiny buds. Awesome flavor with that gspoon kick! Spot on day time buzz!!

I am told that this Dr. Grinspoon is Quaze Haze. Two seeds both resulted in classic tall with very long thin leaves. No vine, pearl like buds on either plant. Quaze Haze is a very long flowering (12-16 week) plant. It’s a tall very long thin leafed sativa. The taste is beautifully haze flavored. The high causes no paranoia, is nearly without ceiling and is very long lasting. I’ve tried about 100 sativas and this is one of my favorites.

I would really love to be able to inform you of my experience smoking this highly rated variety. Although I paid for them four months ago, Seedsman refuses to send them to me, and continually ask me if I’ve received them. All they have to do is look at my account and see they never sent them. All I get month, after month, after month, is a form letter, did you get your order? Hell NO I haven’t received my order. Currently 1/3 of the seeds I attempted to germinate did not germinate. No comment from Seedsman on this major seed problem, or offer of replacement. I guess after all this time I don’t have much choice other than put it into contention with my credit card company!

I was attracted to this strain the first time I read about back in 2011. The pic, still in use today, was visually stunning and unlike any flower formation I had seen before, From that day forward I have always had the goal to grow some of these unique looking balls of bud. Just about to start week 10 of flower and the two I have going are tall and laden with a blanket is whispy Sativa-like flowers that look nothing like the pic I first saw. Be warned as well that these girls do not like the nutes. At all. Their leaf-tips got burned simply by placing a bottle of Fox Farms too close to it. And the bottle was not even open.
When they finally finish in another month i hope the hype is reality.

I first bought this strain from Barney's Farm in 2015 I think. It's been my go to since then. I am just now almost out ,yikes. One of the best strains I've tried...
