Bling Blaow is an unusually-named cannabis strain that gets its name from the proliferation of trichomes that these plants produce. Bling Blaow is an indica-dominant plant that is a cross between Glitter Bomb and Gastro Pop. This is a beginner-friendly variety producing medium to high yields of very high-THC buds. There are two main phenotypical variants, one purple and one green.
Suitable for cultivation in all environments, Bling Blaow plants grow to a height of between 100 - 200 cm. Indoors, flowering takes 8 - 9 weeks with crops coming in at between 350 - 450 gr/m2. Plants cultivated outdoors or in a greenhouse will be ready for harvest in the month of October in the northern hemisphere. This is quite an adaptable plant that tolerates hot, cool, drought and high-altitude environments. Despite its very dense flowering clusters Bling Blaow displays a high resistance to mould. The dark purple phenotype is more reflective of the Gastro Pop parent while the green phenos. are so heavily covered in trichomes that its appearance lends the 'Bling' in its name. The very dense buds have a flattened conical form.
Bling Blaow's terpenes have subtle fruit aromas with sweet candy, gas and a touch of nail polish remover. THC production is very high at 27 - 30% while CBD is low at less than 1%. Potency is high and not advised for the novice.
Photoperiod strains rely on seasonal daylight changes, so harvest timing is closely tied to your local climate.
Photoperiod strains give indoor growers more control over size, shape, and when flowering begins.
