In the late 1970s blending Acapulco Gold Mexican Sativa, Afghan and Colombian Gold Sativa took place and the strain thus created was called Skunk #1. The real hallmarks of this strain are abundant yields, vigour and fast and satisfying results. The plant produces strong stalks and branches, and as a consequence it has dense, rounded florets that join together to form large, heavy colas at harvest time. Finishes in about 50 days and has powerful and euphoric stone. Cannabis seeds gourmets consider Skunk #1 to be the icon of consistency and reliability, and its solid genotype has had an influence on hundreds of modern hybrids.

Started quick and got thick stocks and got huge in 1 month can't wait to see the buds. Started indoors (Ohio) slowly moved outdoors didn't faze them a bit.

I started 5seeds all of them popped and they are doing great just started clones off of them and all of them are doing really good. I’ll be putting them in next week can’t wait because the ones that I took clones off of smell wonderful

2 seeds germinate. One is still growing much slower than expected, but I might get some yields out from it.

The strain that started it all. I can't say enough good thing about this plant but I will say this, if you haven't grown it yet you need to do so. Now let me give Seedsman some props here, they have my favorite strain " Original Skunk #!" and I've been waiting for over 6 months for them to get more in stock and I've inquired several time about this with really no definitive answer. But it's a great place to buy from and the Service Dept. and the people who work there are top notch.

Only 2/5 of the seeds grew. Not really sure why, they were indoors. Not sure how the flower is yet, but I am pretty bummed that I won’t have all 5 plants. I bought a total of 19 seeds all together and only 11 grew.
