Pheno-hunters

Pheno-hunter cannabis seeds are suited to growers who enjoy exploring variation within a strain. A “phenotype” is the visible and measurable expression of a plant’s genetics - including traits such as aroma, flavour, colour, structure, yield, resin production, flowering time, and effect profile. Even seeds from the same strain can produce plants with slightly different characteristics, especially when the genetics have a broader or more expressive background.

For growers, the Pheno-Hunter category is about discovery. These strains may offer wider phenotypic variation, giving cultivators the chance to search for standout plants with unique terpene profiles, unusual colours, exceptional resin, strong vigour, or specific growth traits. This makes the category especially appealing to experienced growers, collectors, and breeders looking for cannabis seeds with selection potential, genetic diversity, and the possibility of finding something truly special.
