Description

Great yields and fast flowering

Following requests from friends and clients, Sweet Seeds introduce the feminized and non-autoflowering version of their much appreciated Cream Mandarine Auto.

To develop this variety Sweet Seeds selected their best Cream Mandarine Auto genetic lines. In order to eradicate the auto-flowering characteristic of the original version and, at the same time, to strengthen the aroma trait, they have hybridized these selected genetic lines with an elite clone of Diesel ancestors featuring tones of aromatic mandarin citrus aromas. Cream Mandarine is a strain with a great vigour and with a structure of an Indica-Sativa hybrid. Produces big compact buds fully loaded of aromatic resin.

Grow guide

Early/Fast outdoor timeline

Fast / Early strains keep the photoperiod growth pattern, but they begin flowering earlier and usually finish sooner — helping outdoor growers harvest before late-season weather becomes a problem.

Stage 1

Germination / Early Start

March – April

Wait for: warmer days, lower frost risk, stable spring weather

Watch for: cold snaps, excess moisture, slow early growth

Stage 2

Seedling / Transplant

May

Wait for: steady light, mild conditions, protected early growth

Watch for: transplant stress, pests, wind exposure

Stage 3

Vegetative Growth

June – July

Wait for: long bright days, healthy expansion, strong structure

Watch for: overcrowding, nutrient issues, insect pressure

Stage 4

Flowering

From late July

Wait for: first signs of bloom, good airflow, settled conditions

Watch for: humidity, mould pressure, poor weather

Stage 5

Harvest

From early September

Wait for: ripe trichomes, dense finished flowers, harvest readiness

Watch for: cutting too early, rain, bud rot

Indoor Early/Fast timeline

Fast / Early strains are most valuable outdoors, where earlier flowering and shorter bloom times help growers harvest before poor autumn weather. Indoors, their main benefit is a faster flowering phase than photoperiod versions.

Week 0

Germination

Healthy seedling emergence

Wait for: healthy seedling emergence

Watch for: overwatering, weak starts

Week 1–2

Seedling

Steady early growth

Wait for: steady early growth

Watch for: stretching, stress, excess moisture

Week 3–6+

Vegetative Growth

Desired plant size and strong structure

Wait for: desired plant size and strong structure

Watch for: overcrowding, uneven growth, training stress

6–10 weeks

Flowering Phase

Strong bud formation and steady flower development

Wait for: strong bud formation and steady flower development

Watch for: humidity issues, poor airflow, plant stress

no seeds popped. that's a first for me.

very bad germination rate. Out of the 6 strains we have grown from seedsman this spring, cream mandarine was the only one with issues. 60% non-germination (vs near 100% with the other 5 strains) and the remaining plants barely emerged from the soil. Wish these would've done better but the batch I received (March 2020) could not be recommended by me.

Very Fast, great tasting smoke that cures into a fruity beast. Love this strain as it is easy to grow, and, for once, the name captures its flavour profile perfectly and it yields very decent crops. Most phenos ready by day 49, but even if it your pheno isn't looking done you aren't punished for cutting it exactly 7 weeks from bloom - it's still fantastic!

Great breeder. Coming up with great new strains all the time! Sweet seeds is the right name for this company and when they say fast flowering they mean it other breeders will take 3 weeks over the estimated time but these always come in nearly to the exact day!!

Good job sweet seeds. The shorter flowering time is awesome
