Black Sugar Feminized Seeds

The 8 black sugar seeds planted had a 0% germination rate. Not impressed . Black sugar is my favorite strain that I grew last year . The 11 other strains I purchased had a 90% germination rate. I would not recommend black sugar strain from seedsmans at this time. I am disappointed.

I'm sad to have to give a low rating for the black sugar specifically. Cause I bought a variety and the other is doing really good . I bought the buy 5 get 5 deal on the black sugars and purple ghost candy . Also came with the 2 freakshow from hombolt and 3 more of each og kush , white widow , and critical 2.0 auto . Unfortunately 1 one black sugar germinated . However it has a weird malfunction but a good one . It at seedling stage split into 2 main stems growing outwards from each other . It's really pretty and no topping or training has been needed yet . Now I popped 3 purple ghost candy and they all germinated and are doing really well! Visually as good and faster than my snowcaines even . So I'm impressed with those . Then only 1 of the 2 freakshows germinated but the one that did is awesome . I've never seen something so perfectly structured. It's as if it was perfectly trained on its own and has a perfect even canopy. Then it took me 2 seeds that only 1 germinated of the critical 2.0 I started for a friend . But it's doing good . It's a shame about the black sugars but I'm hoping it's just one accident and that my other 5 pack will make up for this one . I also haven't reached out to seedsman about this yet . Seems legit so far so I would imagine they will honor their germination guarantee. Other that that I'm looking forward to growing all the other seeds I got from them . 👍 Here's some pictures . I set 10 black sugar seeds up to pop with 3 blueberry, and 3 bubba cheesecake. Only 5/10 black sugar popped. Blueberry and bubba cheesecake were both 3/3 and have taken off. All very strong plants. One of popped black sugar seedlings died. The 4 that didn’t die are weak and behind the other strains. Despite some of the good reviews… I don’t recommend this strain.

These babies stay short and branchy if trained right.. and with the right ferts they are Fireeeee.. I would say this best indica/short strain seedmans has.

I don't really want to give a star rating until I try germinating the other 2 seeds, but my first seed didn't germinate. I currently have 5 other plants going. All from seedsman. All of those germinated and are doing fine. Love seedsman just think I got a dud on this one. It happens.

I had a pest problem which delayed things. The yield was 65g off one plant indoors, I only gave it 2 weeks veg, four weeks would have been better for the yield. Did two harvests after 8 weeks 12/12, then again three weeks later in the hope it might get more potent, but the longer time risks hermaphrodites. It sat next to an amnesia haze, both ended up with a few seeds and reduced potency, while another nearby was unaffected. I think it was black sugar which went hermie, I didn't find any pollen sacs so can't be sure. That is probably my fault for over stressing her. Still good as a daytime vape, relaxing, easy to grow, but don't stress her too much.

First time buying from seedsman. Germination rate was super bad. Will never buy from them again.
