What shows on my Card statement?
Once your card payment has been completed, you will receive a confirmation email which will show how the transaction will appear on your statement. In addition to this, you will also be shown when you have completed your order in the shopping basket.

Have you received my Bitcoin payment?
We will send you a confirmation email when we have received your Bitcoin payment. Please allow 24 hours for this confirmation email to reach your inbox.
