White Cheese is a hybrid plant with a split lineage, expressing traits of both indica and sativa varieties. The strain's growth pattern displays a compact structure with sturdy lateral branches filled with closely-spaced internodes on the main stem. The foliage exhibits a range of colours, with dark green mature leaves and lime-green tips, while purple hues may emerge later in flowering. Thebuds of White Cheese grow long and in a conical shap, resembling those of sativa varieties,and feature dense and swollen bracts. The trichome coverage is thick, giving the buds an dazzling appearance with criss-crossing orange stigmas.

White Cheese is a rewarding strain to cultivate. Indoor growers can achieve yields of 500-550 grams per square meter under optimal conditions Its flowering time of just 45-50 days allowing for a quick turnaround. Outdoor cultivation in warm regions with occasional rainfall can result in harvest heights of around 160 cm. Various plant training techniques like SOG, SCROG, Supercropping, and Lollipopping can be employed  to control growth and enhance yields.
