What do I need to know before signing up
Do I earn reward points for past orders?
Unfortunately you will not receive points on historic purchases, you'll only earn points on orders going forward.
How do I view my points balance?
To view your points balance simply log into your account and click the Rewards Points section within your account.
Do my reward points expire?
Yes they do. Your points will remain active for 2 years from the date they are issued.
How can I spend my reward points?
Click the loyalty widget whilst logged in and the available rewards will be at the top. If you wish to use the rewards then simply click the Get Coupon button next to the reward you want to use, and add the coupon code at the checkout.
How many points can I use when purchasing?
Reward Points can be used to cover 100% of an order's total (excluding shipping, tax, and insurance). Please refer to Reward Points – Seedsman Support Center for more information
