Mimosa Auto is an indica-dominant strain bred by crossing Mimosa (Clementine x Purple Punch) with a ruderalis strain. These are compact plants that rarely exceed 100 cm. in height when grown indoors, and not much taller cultivated outdoors. Growers will love the attractive colours, rich flavours and poerful effect.
Indoor growers will be able to fit 16 plants per m2 if using 7 litre pots which will be sufficiently large for this strain. Providing plants with 20 hours of light per 24 hours is recommended for the best yields indoors which can reach 550 gr/m2. Outdoors each plant can provide between 40 - 200 gr. The life-cycle of Mimosa Auto is between 60 - 65 days from seed to harvest and is an auto that tolerates cooler climates very well.
Mimosa Auto is an organoleptic delight that melds the citrus of Clementine with the intense grape flavour of Purple Punch. The flavours will be intensified with organic cultivation, and this will also reveal Diesel notes. THC production is high at 24% while CBD is low at less than 1%. The effect is initially uplifting and invigorating but evolves to become more physically relaxing. It can help to soother muscle pain and helps with sleep issues.
Autos can be sown in multiple waves through the season for staggered harvests.
Autoflowers follow their own internal clock, making indoor timelines easier to plan from seed to harvest.
In theory most strains can be grown outdoors, indoors or in a greenhouse but how well they perform depends on the more exact environmental conditions. This is most important outdoors where climatic conditions can vary widely, so please check the strain information carefully. If your climate is more extreme or growing season shorter you should choose strain that is specifically adapted. Indoor and greenhouse environments can be controlled and made suitable for most strains although space can be a factor for strain that grow very large.
Growing difficulty varies depending on a strain's resilience, structure and environmental needs. Some strains are more forgiving and better suited to beginners and a range of environmental conditions, while others may require closer control of factors such as light, humidity, temperature and feeding.
Our product information and that provided by suppliers can be an indication of potential levels under optimal conditions, and it should not be assumed that results can be replicated in all conditions.
Strains described as beginner-friendly, easy to grow or resilient, in particular Autoflowering Feminised strains, are generally more manageable for less experienced growers. These varieties are often a more reliable starting point than more specialised genetics.
