Great genetics, super strong cloner, clones root super fast. Haven't started any in bud yet, will update later

So... got 5 seeds, very small, 1 sprouted an died 3days later. The other 4 didn't germinate or do anything. I've bought a few seeds from you guys an have had nothing but awesome flower. Since then, I haven't bought from you. For me to fight for either a refund or more seeds I'd have to have some proof I jus don't have other then I bought them. I didn't take pictures didn't think i had to, since the several strands prior to tangie candy, I've purchased I've had no issues. That's my history, that's my experience. So when I tried to do this online through the automated, about the issues with the product it asked if I had pictures an that is when I had enough. Since then I've gone somewhere else. The customers history should mean something. My is. I don't complain, never had issues, and always happy with the product. Unfortunately the feeling, that i have in the company's mind is I'm lying until i have proof. If I have to have proof after I've been loyal and never had any issues, an/or complained, I'd understand. I've been nothing but happy. I was very very interested in tangie candy. For whatever reason it didn't do anything for me as far as even spouting from seed during germiston. I'm a small grower so I'm probably lowest on the totem pole as far as customer care. Either way this is my response to your email of you haven't heard from.me I'm a while.
