Tropical mandarin-mango terps, red-flowered bag appeal, and an uplifting high with real punch.
Red Hot Muffin by Sweet Seeds is a sativa-leaning photoperiod bred from Tropicanna Cookies x Tangie, combining standout tropical flavour, strong resin production, and the striking red-flowered character that defines Sweet Seeds’ Red Family. Around 60% of plants develop exotic red to reddish-purple tones in the flowers and leaves during the final weeks of bloom, giving this strain exceptional visual appeal alongside its dense, compact bud structure. The terpene profile is bold and lingering, led by sweet mandarin and mango with delicious berry undertones, creating a rich, fruity smoke with real depth and personality.
With THC levels of 17-25% and a 60% sativa / 40% indica balance, Red Hot Muffin delivers a stimulating, psychoactive, and uplifting effect that suits creative sessions, social moments, and growers who enjoy a more energetic headspace. Indoors, it flowers in around 8 weeks and can produce 500-600 g/m2, while outdoor plants yield around 400-600 g per plant under good conditions. Vigorous, branchy, and highly resinous, Red Hot Muffin stands out as a flavour-rich modern hybrid with premium bag appeal, exotic colour, and the kind of tropical punch that keeps it memorable.

Sweet Seeds Red Hot Cookies. So after a bunch of research I determined that Red Hot Cookies was supposed to be top shelf. Well out of a 3 pack and a 5 pack 2 never germed and the other 6 went hermie. I am a professional grower with 25 years under my belt. In this exact room there were 14 other strains and around 120 plants in total. These 6 red hot cookies were the only to turn hermie. Never again with sweet seeds. and after digging deeper through various forums i noticed that i was not the only one to experience them. never again.

Red Hot Cookies. This was a quick grower forsure!! Not quite the bright pink color but a verry beautiful velvet color smells of candy and jolly rancher but after the cure smelled just like pine trees exactly like it!! taste is very pleasant but unusual. I enjoyed it.

Sweet tasting buds decent harvest. I grew three of these and they are now being cured. They seem fairly potent and smell/taste pretty good. None of my plants turned red even after lowering the temps during the last few weeks however they all have a little purple in them. The buds look great and are covered in trichomes. I'm happy with this strain
