Description

HashTonic is a cannabis strain developed from CBD #1 with a stronger influence of Afghani genetics from ErdPurt. It boasts denser flowers, an earlier flowering period, and faster and more consistent ripening times compared to the original CBD #1. HashTonic is also more resilient to colder temperatures, making it suitable for cultivation in more northern regions, even as far north as 50ºN. As a direct cross with ErdPurt, HashTonic exhibits a distinct terpene profile dominated by earthy, piney, and hashy aromas, which differs from the skunky, diesel, musky, and sweet tangerine fragrances typically found in CBD #1. One of the most significant differences between CBD #1 and HashTonic is that while CBD #1 has a single stable chemotype that is high in CBD and has negligible THC, HashTonic produces two equally common chemotypes at the population level. The first chemotype, similar to CBD #1, produces plants with high levels of CBD and minimal THC. In contrast, the second HashTonic chemotype generates plants with balanced levels of THC and CBD.
