CBD Oil arrives on the U.K. High Street

Health food company Holland & Barrett have become the first high street retailers to sell medical cannabis oil in the United Kingdom. In the four weeks since stocking the CBD Oil, made by Dutch company Jacob Hooy,  Holland & Barrett have reported a 37% increase in sales. The 10ml bottle of CBD Oil is being sold for just £9.49 on the hight street stores' shelves and its success means Holld & Barrett are pplanning to expand their CBD product range over the next three months. Speaking to the Independent, a spokesperson for Holland & Barrett stated;

"We have been surprised at the success and popularity of CBD oil since its launch. We are constantly looking to bring new and innovative products to market that help our customers. It is great to see in this instance that we can help with the demand."

The Jacob Hooy CBD+ Oil has received mixed reviews from high street customers thus far. While some have referred to the product as "liquid gold" others are unsure of its effects and are less than impressed with its "distinctive" taste.
