420 Punch is a 60% indica, purple strain that resulted from crossing Do-Si-Dos with Purple Punch. 420 Punch boasts a high calyx to leaf ratio, a delicious fruity / berry scent and flavour alongside good yields.
420 Punch is suitable for both indoor and outdoor cultivation, with the latter giving the best results in warmer climates such as that of the Mediterranean. Plants remain compact during vegetative growth undergoing a degree of stretch in early flowering. No special techniques are necessary although SoG helps to maximise indoor production per m2. Dense foliage will benefit from being thinned out promoting good air circulation and allowing light to penetrate into the plants' interior bud sites.
Indoors, flowering times fall within the range of 65 - 70 days with yields averaging 450 - 500 gr/m2. Outdoors each plant can produce as much as 550 gr. The buds are very dense, closely-packed along the stems, and turning purple in the later stages of flowering.
Herbal, fruity and floral notes typify the scent exuded by 420 Punch while the flavours include ripe berries and mouth-watering fruits with earthy and spicy notes. The effect is uplifting and euphoric gradually becoming more physically relaxing.
