Insane OG by Barneyβs Farm and Dr. Greenthumb (B-Real of Cypress Hill) is the result of a decades-long friendship rooted in Amsterdamβs cannabis culture and a shared passion for elite genetics. Crafted for true connoisseurs, this strain is the perfect tribute to old-school flavor with modern potency. Whether youβre a fan of Dr. Greenthumb or just a kush lover looking for next-level gas, Insane OG lives up to its name.
The terpene profile is a masterclass in complexity. Expect bold earthy and gassy notes, layered with black pepper spice, citrusy lemon zest, and rich berry-grape undertones. The dominant terpenesβcaryophyllene, limonene, and myrceneβcreate a full-bodied flavor that evolves with each puff. Visually, Insane OG is stunning, with dense trichome-coated flowers, sage-green hues, and vibrant orange pistils that sparkle under light. The buds are as photogenic as they are potent, offering real A-grade bag appeal and standout extract potential.
The effects of Insane OG strike a fine balance between euphoric uplift and deep relaxation. Expect a clear-headed cerebral buzz that promotes creativity and elevated mood, followed by a smooth, physical calm that doesnβt drag you into couch-lock. In the garden, Insane OG is highly adaptableβindoors, plants stay compact (1.0β1.2m) and yield up to 600g/mΒ² in 55β65 days. Outdoors, it stretches to 2.5m and delivers monster yields of 1.5β2kg per plant, finishing around late September to early October.
