Grimm Truffles by Brothers Grimm is a returning tester seed release from breeder MrSoul, originally one of the brand’s most sought-after testers in 2022. This colourful, high-yielding hybrid is known for its exotic bag appeal, sticky resin production, and big, robust colas supported by strong, closely spaced branching. Visually, it is a standout plant with vibrant colour expression and a larger, leafier frame, making it a strong choice for collectors drawn to bold flower structure and distinctive presentation.
The aroma profile is rich, loud, and complex, blending gas, earth, grape, pine, and nutty notes into an exceptionally stinky yet smooth smoke. Flowering time is around 8 weeks, although some expressions may finish slightly earlier or later. The effect is happy, relaxing, euphoric, and daytime-friendly without becoming too racy, offering a vibey, feel-good experience with plenty of character. While Grimm Truffles is vigorous and powerful, Brothers Grimm notes occasional reports of hermaphroditism, so it is best suited to attentive growers who can keep conditions stable, avoid excessive light stress, and take a gentle approach to training.
Photoperiod strains rely on seasonal daylight changes, so harvest timing is closely tied to your local climate.
Photoperiod strains give indoor growers more control over size, shape, and when flowering begins.
