BREAKING: Medical Cannabis is Now Officially Legal in Germany

In a momentous day for the country, Medical Cannabis has been made officially legal in Germany. On Thursday morning, German lawmakers unanimously passed the new law meaning that people with serious illnesses such as multiple sclerosis and cancer, will be able to access cannabis. The new law will also allow doctors with a license to prescribe cannabis to patients suffering with epilepsy, chronic nausea and migraines. Patients can now buy dried cannabis buds or cannabis extract from pharmacies, providing they have a prescription. The new legal change has been supported by all political parties in Germany, left and right. Rainer Hayek, a member of Angela Merkel's CDU party proclaimed his delight at the news, stating; "Today is a beautiful day". More to follow...
