Description
Banana Punch Feminised is a cross of Banana OG and Purple Punch strains. The selection process zoned in on a 55% indica pheno that produced consistently high yields and similar flowering length.
Banana Punch is a sturdy strain that adapts to different cultivation techniques. Once in the flowering stage the clusters quickly multiply and fill-out, covered in amber pistils and sticky golden trichomes. Indoors growers can expect a 60 -65 days flowering phase with plants reaching a terminal height of about 110 cm. Yields are very good at 600 - 650gr/m2.
Outdoors plants grow much taller reaching 200 cm. and producing as much as 1500 gr/plant with northern hemisphere harvests ready in the second half of September. The colours of Purple Punch are carried over in Banana Punch, with beautiful displays of deep blue and purple shades displayed towards maturity, especially with outdoor crops where night-time temperatures fall more precipitously than indoors.
Limonene and pinene terpenes are dominant, with some caryophyllene as well, lending Banana Punch a tropical/citrus spine that supports the sweet banana scents and flavour of the Banana OG parent.
THC levels are sky-high reaching 26% with low CBD of 0.5%. Expect a potent but balanced effect.
