Purple Punch, by Supernova Gardens, is the result of breeding Grandaddy Purple with Larry OG. These plants are versatile and adaptable, having very good resistance to both mold and pests. Growers can expect some excellent yields.

Purple Punch - Cultivation

Purple Punch is highly adaptable, thriving in both SoG and SCRoG set-ups. Flowering times indoors are 8 - 10 weeks with yields of up to 21oz/m2 (600gr/m2). Outdoors, northern hemisphere harvests are ready in late October and each plant can yield between 35 - 70 oz (1000 - 2000gr). This "Alpha cut" is a cultivar that doesn't need large amounts of fertilizer, and although it can tolerate some over-feeding, it prefers a more well-balanced and moderate diet for optimum results.

Purple Punch buds are mostly fluffy with a shocking, bright green appearance that are usually covered in orange hairs. Growth is very similar to Blue Dream but with smaller buds and a marked citrus smell while still growing.

Purple Punch - Terpenes & Effects

The terpene profile produced by Purple Punch is primarily composed of myrcene, caryophyllene, geraniol, and limonene. Together they produce aromas of tart berries, blueberry muffin, and candy. THC content is 18 - 20% with CBD between 1 - 2%. The effect is very relaxing, providing a floating sensation.
Therapeutic uses include for treating insomnia, stress, depression, and nausea.
