I ordered a product and got freebies, my freebies didn't add to my order. Customer service was excellent and corrected the issue the same day. Came fast but the labeling chart for my cannakan was bent up on the end because it was shoved in an envolope and not a box. Haven't tried there beans yet so I hope the genetics are good, I know they have a good reputation with that but I'll find out. The only reason I gave 4 stars was for the damage to the product I ordered, its useable though.
