Can I get other freebies and discounts or use discount codes with this promotion?
Yes, you can! All other freebies will be added as normal. As ever, anytime you spend over £200 you’ll save an additional 10% and discount codes are allowed to be used on all orders.
Can I change my order if I forgot to add a promotion seed?
Once your order is placed and paid for we cannot amend the order or add items to this. Please be sure to check that your order has all the correct seeds added and all qualifying packs are included BEFORE you check out. Any applicable discounts will then apply automatically before you check out.
My order didn't go through, what do I need to do?
If your order cancels for any reason, you will need to place a new order and make your selection again for all of your paid and free seeds alike.
Can I swap my paid or free seeds after I've placed my order?
Please double-check your order before you check out to ensure that you have added the correct qualifying promo packs, seeds cannot be swapped or exchanged once payment has been made.
I want to cancel my order.
Unfortunately, unless you have requested cancellation within 1 hour from the order being placed we are unable to cancel it without a cancellation fee. As we are sure you can understand, promotions are very busy periods for us and orders are processed very quickly and picked and sent to our packing warehouse. Cancellations cause delays for all batched orders and add additional implications for our packing teams.
