Will the free seeds gifts change?

Yes, Seedsman has the right to change the free seeds at any given moment.  

If the strain I want is out of stock, will I still get the free seeds?

If you cannot add one of the qualifying items to your basket due to them being out of stock then you will need to choose an alternate qualifying strain that is still in stock. Unfortunately, any strain that is listed as out of stock will not be re-stocked during the promotion period. All of the strains we have on offer during this promotion are of the highest quality, so please select another option, you won’t be disappointed.

Can I get other freebies and discounts or use discount codes with this promotion?

Yes, you can! All other freebies will be added as normal. As ever, anytime you spend over £200 you’ll save an additional 10% and discount codes are allowed to be used on all orders.

Is this promotion only available to Non EU and US customers?

Our 420 promotion is running across all storefronts, however, breeders change depending on your location. The above offer is only available to customers outside of the US.

Can I change my order if I forgot to add a promotion seed?

Once your order is placed and paid for we cannot amend the order or add items to this. Please be sure to check that your order has all the correct seeds added and all qualifying packs are included BEFORE you check out. Any applicable discounts will then apply automatically before you check out.

My order didn't go through, what do I need to do?

If your order cancels for any reason, you will need to place a new order and make your selection again for all of your paid and free seeds alike.

My free seeds haven't been added to my order, what do I need to do?

Please ensure only the correct pack sizes are added to your cart, the above offers do not apply to other pack sizes or breeders.

Please ensure the seeds you have added are not excluded from the deal.

We cannot add any missed packs to orders once they are checked out. You need to double-check your order before you check out and pay, to be sure everything is included.

Can I swap my paid or free seeds after I've placed my order?

Please double-check your order before you check out to ensure that you have added the correct qualifying promo packs, seeds cannot be swapped or exchanged once payment has been made.

I want to cancel my order. 

Unfortunately, unless you have requested cancellation within 1 hour from the order being placed we are unable to cancel it without a cancellation fee. As we are sure you can understand, promotions are very busy periods for us and orders are processed very quickly and picked and sent to our packing warehouse. Cancellations cause delays for all batched orders and add additional implications for our packing teams.
