Sour Strawberries is a 60% indica hybrid cannabis strain which was created by crossing Strawberry Banana and Sour Chemdog. Sour Strawberries' high resin production means that this is a great-tasting hash plant, also ideal for making other types of extracts and concentrates.
Indoor flowering times are between 55 - 60 days and growers can expect yields to be in the region of 450 - 500 gr/m2. Buds are compact and heavily sugar-coated.
The taste is rather reminiscent of the Strawberry Banana parent but with a nicely sour note on the finish. Its effect is happy and relaxing with some euphoric sensations leading into a slightly drowsy/sleepy feeling after its effect has peaked.

Nata in California, i creatori di DNA Genetics hanno apprezzato le migliori selezioni di ceppi locali quando hanno iniziato a coltivarli alla fine degli anni '80.
Nel 2002 DNA Genetics ha deciso di lasciare la costa occidentale dell'America per spostarsi verso un ambiente più adatto alla Mariujana. Si stabiliscono quindi ad Amsterdam, rimanendo però immediatamente delusi dalla qualità della cannabis. Decidono dunque di vendere i ceppi nativi della California più popolari creando al contempo nuovi ceppi ad Amsterdam, come il Nevils Haze e il Columbian Gold.
