Blackberry Dream Regular is a highly potent, 60% sativa, hybrid cannabis strain that is produced as the result of a Kimbo Kush x Super Silver Haze cross. Growers can obtain super-heavy yields and pheno-types that vary between more Kimbo Kush-leaning plants (such as that in the image) or more Super Silver Haze, the latter taking a week or so longer to finish flowering but with some bigger yields.
A euphoria high was the aim of creating this strain and it is one which has been fully realised. Indoors flowering will take about 9 weeks in the case of the Kimbo Kush phenos while those that are more Super Silver Haze will take a week or so longer. Elev8 Seeds warns that if additional phosphorous products are used during flowering as a bud-booster that this should be restricted to the final couple of weeks otherwise pronounced fox-tailing will occur with buds consequently losing some density if used earlier during florescence. Blackberry Dream also does not like to undergo salt build-up. While this is much more likely in hydroponic grows it can also occur in other media, even soil, if over fed. Be careful and flush thoroughly for at least a week before harvest in any case. Yields are very high and its dense buds are white with frosty trichome production.
The smell and taste is earthy with notes of blackberry fruit and spice. Lab. testing reveals THC levels of up to 25.7% with less than 0.1% CBD! The effect is very potent with a relaxing physical aspect that is in contrast to the euphoric, clear and creative impulse that forms its cerebral side. One reviewer described it as "dream-like and almost like opium". You'll have to judge that for yourself when you buy Blackberry Dream seeds from Seedsman.
