The Purple Ryder Auto strain has been improved and is now available from Doctor's Choice. This is an indica-dominant auto-flowering variety which is a cross of Mazar, Lowryder and Red Chronic Ryder. Several generations of selection have resulted in an improved flavour and yields of its potent, compact buds.
Purple Ryder Auto is a highly attractive plant developing nice purple colours in the buds towards maturity. This is a compact plant suitable for smaller grow spaces indoors as well as being quite discreet for outdoor cultivation where it is easily concealed amongst other plants and shrubs. The average height is between 60 - 80 cm.
Plants are ready 9 - 10 weeks after germination and this is irrespective of environment - indoors, outdoors or in a greenhouse - making it easy to grow, even for beginners. Yields indoors are in the region of 400 gr/m2 while plants grown outdoors, or in a greenhouse, will produce up to 100 gr. each.
Purple Ryder Auto has a sweet caramel and candy flavour. High levels of THC make this a potent strain with a typically indica body stone effect, very relaxing and with a tendency to couch-lock, especially with prolonged consumption.

About Doctor's Choice
Doctor's Choice is the new vehicle for the distribution of the Joint Doctor's premium Lowryder-based auto-flowering seeds. Lowryder was the strain that started the whole auto-flowering trend that slowly but surely became a booming industry in itself now accounting for between 60 - 70% of all European cannabis seed sales.
Working with a so-called Mexican-Ruderalis strain the Joint Doctor crossed it with Northern Lights #2 and thereafter via careful selections he isolated those plants with auto-flowering qualities and cross-bred them until these traits were locked in and stabilised.
The original Lowryder strain was later joined by the improved Lowryder #2 which was followed by further autos such as Ogre, Chronic Ryder, Diesel Ryder etcetera.
This latest phase in the Joint Doctor's quest sees the introduction of new strains such as Devotchka, Rock Machine, Niagara and Doctor's Choice #1 to complement such strains as Lowryder (2), Chronic Ryder and Ogre.
