What is the safest way of paying?

Bitcoin is the safest and most secure way to pay (instructions can be found here).

Can I pay by PayPal?

No, we do not offer payments by PayPal at this time.

Can I use a pre-paid visa card?

Yes, we currently take payments with pre-paid visa cards.

I can’t pay/I want to change my payment type?

If you are having problems paying for your order, or wish to change your payment method please our contact us.

I paid by Bank Transfer why have you not taken my payment?

You will need to instruct your Bank to make the Transfer to our account - online or at your nearest branch.

What payment methods and currencies do you accept?

Our accepted methods of payments are: Bank Transfer, Bitcoin, Cash, Postal Orders, Cheques, Credit & Debit Cards, iDeal, Sofort and payment by Cards over the phone.

You can select which currency you would like to pay with on the top right corner of our website. If we require payment via a different currency (normally Euros when paying by card), we will tell you the amount and currency in the final step of checkout.

What will show on my Bank statement?

We use a number of different payment systems on our website. You will be informed of what the transaction will appear as on your bank statement, once the payment has been completed and you have received a confirmation email.

Why was my order Declined/Bad Gateway?

If you receive this error please call our offices on +44 (0) 1451 844855 (Monday to Friday, 9am - 6pm GMT) or contact us via our support center.

Pay by Credit & Debit Cards

 

Anyone who isn't in South Africa, Argentina, Brazil, Israel & Reunion can pay by Credit & Debit Cards.

We cannot accept credit cards which are registered in countries that are different to the shipping address. In this instance, your card will be automatically declined.

We may, on occasion, require a credit check for particularly high value orders, and orders where the details you have provided do not correspond with those held by your card provider. In such cases, you will be asked to send proof of ownership of the card - either a scanned copy of the card statement (not a copy of the actual card) or a screen-shot of your online banking page. These should clearly show the cardholder’s name and billing address, and the last 4 digits of the credit card

Please note: Refunds for card payments can take up to 30 days. This is follows the guidelines set out by our payment providers.

Cheque/Postal Order

Customers in the United States, Australia and Canada can pay by Cheque/Postal Order.

The address to send Cheques/Money Order to will be provided with your email confirmation once you have created your order. An order MUST be created to reserve the stock. Payment must be received in full before any goods are shipped.

Cheques must be sent within 24 hours of placing order.

Pay By Phone

Anyone can pay by Phone.

If you are having issues paying for or placing your order on our website our customer support team can assist you in taking your order over the phone.

Pay by Bank Transfer/Wire

Anyone can pay by Bank Transfer/Wire.

Customers from the UK will pay using GBP into our UK bank account.

Customers not from the UK will pay using EUROs into our Spanish bank account.

You will be provided with our bank details when checking out. Please ensure you include your order number when making the transfer so we can send your order without delay. Typically, your payment will reach us in 2 - 5 working days depending on your currency and location. Your bank should be able to give you an accurate clearance time. Customers are responsible for any bank transfer charges.

Please note that requests for Bank Transfer refunds will incur a €15 charge.

Pay by Sofort

Customers in Europe can pay by Sofort.

Pay by iDeal

Customers in Europe can pay by iDeal.

iDEAL is a payment method made up of a collection of agreements and standards for an immediate online transfer from a purchaser’s bank account to the bank account of a webshop or organisation. It enables you to send us a payment through online banking and get a real-time confirmation of the transfer.

Cash

Anyone can pay by Cash.

We accept GBP £, EUR € and USD $ (notes only). Notes (bills) should be well concealed, double-enveloped and sent by registered mail to minimise the risk of theft. We cannot be held responsible for cash that does not arrive.

The address to send cash to will be provided with your email confirmation once you have created your order. An order MUST be created to reserve the stock.

  • Customers are responsible for Import Duty/Tax in their respective countries where applicable. For more details on this please contact your local customs authority.
  • Orders must be paid for in full before any goods will be shipped. All products are subject to availability and remain the property of Seedsman until paid for in full.
