Fatigue

Fatigue is a subjective feeling of exhaustion which is distinctive from weakness, and has a slow and steady onset. Unlike weakness, fatigue can be assuaged by periods of rest.

Fatigue can have physical or mental foundations. Physical fatigue is the temporary inability of a muscle to preserve optimum physical performance, and is made more severe by intense physical implementation. Mental fatigue is a fleeting reduction in maximal cognitive performance resulting from lengthy periods of cerebral activity. It can manifest as somnolence, exhaustion, or focused attention fatigue.

While there is very little empirical research into the potential benefits of cannabis and Fatigue specifically, there has been some very positive research studies into the symptoms associated with exhaustion and similar ailments.
