Dutch Kush is a short and bushy marijuana strain whose many branches are covered in tightly-spaced budding-sites. It is a very potent indica strain that provides deep relaxation and healing for medicinal marijuana users. Dutch Kush won the Highlife Cannabis Cup held in Amsterdam in 2016 (Hydro).
Special Dutch genetics have been added to a Kush strain to create this potent new 80% indica variety. Dutch Kush grows well indoors as well as outdoors. Indoor cultivation lends itself to both Sea of Green and Screen of Green techniques as the closely-spaced inter-nodes will either form dense contiguous colas in the former or create many smaller ones in the case of the latter where side-branches are tied down. Yields are very good; expect about 500 gr/m2 indoors or 500 gr/plant outdoors./p>
Flowering indoors takes between 8 - 9 weeks and will produce a very noticeable odour which will require air-filtration for most growers. Outdoors it will perform spectacularly well in Mediterranean-type climates but its relatively short flowering time means that great results are also possible in higher latitudes such as northern Europe, Russia and North America where it will be ready to harvest in early October or April in the southern hemisphere.
Resin production is high making it a really excellent choice for hash-making or for other extracts. Dried buds have a deep flavour of earthy caramel and coffee mixed with citrus fruits and sweet Skunk giving hints of the pleasures to come. The initial effect is fast and brings a sense of heightened perception before the heavy-hitting indica stone engulfs the smoker. Deep relaxation mixed with a sense of euphoria is guaranteed.
Used therapeutically Dutch Kush is recommended for pain relief and to help with sleeping problems.

- Nice indica, but too expensive |
I got one Dutch Kush seed as a freebie and I must say I was quite satisfied with the strain. Flushed her at the end of veg and she started growing like crazy and went over 1m in height by the end. Nice and vigorous growth and also very nice and thick round buds. Yielded over 80 grams. I must say it is very strong and best for late evenings and before bed. I'm not even sure how to describe the taste, but it wasn't to my liking. Also, when I consider the price or compare it to Wappa - it's too expensive and Wappa is much better overall for a much lower price.

About Paradise Seeds
Paradise Seeds was born in Amsterdam in 1994 although founder of the company, Luc, started collecting seeds for a few years before. The seeds were brought to him by friends returning from travels to cannabis hot spots in India, Colombia, Africa and Afghanistan. He began to experiment and by the early Nineties, Luc’s seeds were attracting the attention of growers and smokers alike in Amsterdam.
The demand for Luc’s seeds grew so much that in 1994, he officially established Paradise Seeds. The company began with 5 official strains – including Dutch Dragon and Sensi Star. The aim of the company has always been to produce cannabis strains that combine potency with flavour and taste.
Since their humble beginnings, Paradise Seeds have invested in building up a strong strain base, selecting and crossing only the best plants from the many thousands they have grown over the years.
There is a handful of strains that have retained their popularity since they were first released into the Paradise Seeds collection. Wappa is definitely a favourite for its all-round performance, and of course Sensi Star has been a big favorite and is a multiple cup winner. As for Auto’s, their Pandora and Auto Wappa are very popular. While some of Paradise Seeds more recent varieties, the Durga Mata ll CBD and Nebula ll CBD strains have been well received by medical users with their high CBD content.
Paradise Seeds are constantly running numerous breeding programs to ensure that new strains are in development all the time.
The famous breeders also contribute to the medical cannabis industry through many charitable projects like the Daya Foundation and the Medical Cannabis Bike Tour.
Paradise Seeds are one of the most awarded seed banks in history and they not only have a large trophy cabinet, but a large selection of superb strains, all of which you can buy from Seedsman.
