Afghan Skunk is an indica/sativa hybrid cannabis strain that is robust, hardy in adverse weather conditions outdoors and with a strong aroma and flavour from its Skunk ancestor. Afghan Skunk produces high levels of THC.
Afghan Skunk from Advanced Seeds is very straightforward to grow such that even a complete beginner growers can obtain very good results. This strain grows well either indoors or outdoors. It inclement-weather resistance means that growers can even get good results in the higher latitudes of northern Europe where cooler temperatures will result in many plants displaying beautiful red and purple colours in the buds and leaves.
Indoors plants will reach an optimum size of between 60 - 100 cm. tall, or more depending on the length of vegetative growth allowed, with typical yields being in the region of 400 gr/m2 or greater. The structure is very much like a Christmas tree shape. Outdoors in good conditions ( e.g. Mediterranean) plants can grow as tall as 200 - 300 cm. when planted directly into the ground. The average length of flowering is 8 weeks but this can vary by as much as a week either side. Outdoors in northern latitudes harvest time will be towards the end of October.
As mentioned above, both the aroma and flavour are very strongly Skunk-influenced with a sweet earthiness. THC production weighs in at 17% and the effect of this marijuana strain is fast-acting, long-lasting and heavy-hitting with feelings of complete relaxation. It has a very strong buzz and will leave smokers and vapers feeling very mellow indeed.

About Advanced Seeds
Advanced Seeds was initially created after a group of Spanish breeders spent time researching Dutch genetics. Despite the incredible aromas and tastes of these genetics, the breeders found a number of problems with germination and vigor. In light of this, these breeders decided to set up their own seedbank in 1999.
During their first years, Advanced Seeds started selling their strains from their small grow shop in Murcia, Spain. It was a very basic set-up, with no packaging for products and no marketing to speak of; sales were slow, despite the high quality of their strains.
To achieve a substantial growth, Advanced Seeds decided to create a line of feminized genetics that combined a simple cultivation process for consumers, with the incredible flavors that they had seen in legendary Dutch genetics. Such was the success of these strains that Advanced Seeds became a professional seedbank in 2006.
Paying special attention to their advertising and corporate image, Advanced Seeds very quickly established themselves as one of the mots popular and reliable seedbanks in the country.
Today, Advanced Seeds continue to work hard to offer the very best qualty products to their loyal and ever-expanding customer list.
