      1st June; Important COVID-19 Update and Message to New Customers

      The outbreak has brought challenging and unprecedented times for our community and around the world.

      We want you to know we’re doing all we can to process and fulfil your orders just as quickly as we can. The reality is, orders are at an all time high and exceed our current capacity.

      As a company that puts the safety of our customers and team first, we’ve encouraged employees to work from home and self-isolate if they felt necessary, meaning we’ve been operating with fewer staff then normal. Further, with lockdown measures in place more people everywhere have been shopping online having a huge impact on the parcel delivery operators and infrastructure and resulting in longer delivery times.

      To get your orders out faster, we are expanding our packing, shipping and customer support teams. But until we have more people in place we have had to make the difficult decision to prioritise orders for some of our customers. If you are an existing customer you will be able to place an order as usual. For the short term however we cannot accept new customer accounts. Hopefully it should not be long. We will revisit the situation in 2 weeks.

      For existing customers and those with orders in process, please refer to our online Seedsman Support Knowledge Base for any answers to your queries. If you must contact support, please be patient with us. We will respond to each in the order it was received, but we ask that you do not create multiple support tickets as this will only delay our ability to get back to you.

      It is important to note, delivery times to the US are currently averaging 5 weeks with no expedited service is available. Tracking numbers will only be provided once the parcel has been processed by our US hub which is currently 3-4 weeks from the time you place your order.
