Stove top recipe

Makes 9 servings
- ¼ cup cannabis butter or infused coconut oil
- 5 cups of mini marshmallows
- 5 cups cereal (puffed rice in this recipe)
- 1 tsp of vanilla
- Candy and chocolate drizzle for optional toppings
You will need the following items:
- Stove top
- Large pan
- Measuring cup and spoons
- Square dish
- Parchment paper
- Cooking spray
You can use cannabis butter or infused coconut oil in this recipe.
Measure out all your ingredients and set aside before starting the recipe.
Spraying the parchment paper and spatula with cooking spray will prevent the marshmallow from sticking.
The potency of these treats will depend on the strength of the cannabis butter or infused coconut oil you use. You can lower the dose of the treats by substituting half the cannabutter with regular butter if needed.
Start by eating a small piece, wait an hour or two to see how it affects you and go from there.
Line a square pan with parchment paper and lightly spray it with cooking spray. Set it aside.
Turn the stovetop to low and melt the cannabis oil in a large pan.
Add the mini marshmallows to the melted oil, stirring to coat the marshmallows. Keep stirring until all the marshmallows are melted and the oil has absorbed into the melted marshmallow. You will see tiny bubbles begin.
Turn off the heat and stir in the vanilla.
Add the cereal to the melted marshmallow. Mix it all together.
Add the mixture to the parchment lined pan you set aside in step 1. Use the spatula to gently press the cereal into the pan and even out the top.
Set aside for 10 minutes, remove from the pan and cut into 9 pieces.
To add a little extra to your cereal bar, drizzle them with melted chocolate, sprinkles, or candies.
Store in an air tight container in the fridge or in the freezer to keep longer.
